With the SPA500 series of Cisco, the very popular SPA series gets a big upgrade. The number of lines by phone is extensive, the hardware is upgraded and the look of the phones has improved. The Cisco SPA509G is the middle class model of the SPA500 series and distinguishes itself from the entry models due to its enhanced display and added lines. Despite its very competitive price, this SPA509G offers many features including a good quality speakerphone, headset jack and support for up to 12 simultaneous lines.

With the SPA500 series, Cisco chooses to power all deskphones through PoE. This allows you to easily connect a SPA500 phone to your PoE switch and you do not need to use any additional power adapters (not included). Thanks to the 2 existing 100 Mbps LAN connections, you can easily unleash the phone to your computer, allowing you to install both your PC and Cisco SPA509G but just 1 network cable.
