The right choice
What is the size of the meeting room?
When choosing a conference device, it is important to take into account the size of the room where the
device is placed. Too small device in excessive space can result in echoes, where a too powerful device in a
small office produces a dull, muted noise. Installing additional speakers or microphones in large meeting rooms
is recommended.
How many people participate in the meeting?
For a 1 to 1 call, a speakerphone is sufficient. When a conversation is held with more than one person, a
conference call is recommended. For conversations with more than 4-5 people, a set of extra microphones is
advised to keep all participants well understood.
What type of connection do I need?
Meeting machines are offered with various connectivity options. In general, the diversion options are
